So I have made a number of purchases and have not received any of my bonus gold bars. The graphic comes on the screen and says I received anywhere between one and six extra gold bars but they never are deposited in my bank. Also I don’t have any events I’ve re-updated the app uninstalled and reinstalled numerous times with no change

Hi Heather, based on your screenshot it actually looks like you might not be connected to the internet at all! It looks like a couple of your features are showing as though you are offline.
