Hi Michelle, what do you mean by timed out? Do you mean the seven days runs out before you collect the 7000 points, or are you seeing the 'Oops' message?

no I only start it and after a few hours it says sorry times up

@michelle74c I have seen other people complain about this issue, but to be honest I am not sure what you can do about it. Can you post a screenshot of the issue the next time it happens please?
