Does anyone know why these game devils reduce my number of moves to certain levels?
I've been at level 10846 for 4 days and I can't pass it, I asked for help with supports and they only gave me advice, more last night I had 28 moves as I started the level and in the morning when I entered the game they reduced me moves to 23 that is 5 moves less, to see what help they gave me. Does anyone know why the hell I'm doing this, why did they move me and if they have the right to do such a thing ??? I want to report them for abuse of power, can someone help me with more than I know ???

Hi and welcome to the King Community
They are tweaking and updating many levels at the moment. Some levels to harder and other to more easier. Therefore the versions can be different on different devices until all platforms are updated.

I'm talking about level 10846, not the levels you're talking about, what interests me is why they took my moves, I started the level with 28 moves and this morning my moves dropped to 23, why? I asked him for help because I have been at this level for 4 days and I have played it thousands of times.

Kiara was also talking about level 10,846 just as you are. If you check the link that Kiara provided you will see quite a few complaints about level 10,846.

As for why moves are removed from levels we will never know for sure. Two weeks after their initial release every level has moves removed. This occurs regardless of how difficult it makes a level to play. Additionally King say they continually monitor player data from levels and alter levels according to the player data. That is, they say that if data shows a level is completed by a large number of people easily then they will alter the level to make it more difficult.
The Support person you contacted did not change the level, as only the level designers change the levels.
