Hour of Unlimited Lives

Hello, when I opened Candy Crush for the first time today, I saw that I received an hour of unlimited lives. However, when I tried to select the "Claim" button, it would not let me. So I exited the game, thinking it was a glitch. When I came back to the game, there was no longer the available hour of unlimited lives. Is there a way to get that back? I was really looking forward to it! Melissa

Hello Melissa, how long did you wait before you got back to your game? If you waited more than an hour before returning to your game then the one hour would have run out.

Ok, thank you. I'm honestly not sure how long it was. I just figured that the time shouldn't start counting down until I actually claimed it. It's no problem, thank you for your time.
