Two devices same Game ID different levels

I have been through all the tutorials about mobile device and cannot seem to get the levels to sync between my iPhone and Ipad. Crazy thing is I have the same number of gold bars on each device but the levels are off. iPhone level is 3949 iPad level is 1010

Everything I have done so far is as follows:

  • Enter your game on your old device.
  • Back up your progress and connect to Facebook or to the Kingdom.
  • Install the game on your new device.
  • Open the game and connect it back to Facebook or the Kingdom.


  • Download the latest version of Facebook and the game from your device's app store.
  • Check if you have the latest software on your device.
  • Open the game and if you are able to, disconnect it from Facebook or the Kingdom.
  • Force close all apps and turn off your device. Leave the device switched off for at least 10 seconds before restarting it.
  • If you have recently changed your Facebook password, this needs to be updated on your device as well. To do this, please remove the connection to Facebook via the settings menu in the game, log out from Facebook on your device, and then connect again with your new password. 
  • Try to connect to a WiFi connection instead of using your cellular data.

  • Checked app permissions


-Disconnect the game from Facebook 

-Delete the Facebook app from the device if you have it installed

-Close all tabs in Safari and clear the browser cache by going to Settings > Safari > Clear History and Website Data

-Turn off the device and wait about 30 seconds

-Turn on the device again

-Open Safari and log in to your Facebook account through the browser

-Open the game and reconnect it to Facebook

- Once you're back in you can reinstall the Facebook app if you like.
