Hello Jattst, in the comment box click on the landscape icon I have highlighted in the screenshot below.
in the popup that appears click on Documents
On the next panel that appears your most recent screenshots appear on the right hand side of the panel. If you can't see your screenshot there then click on Album and you will see all your screenshots. Click on the picture you want to add, and it will appear in the comment box.
