Level 10869 on my board has 20 moves. Tutorial board has 35 moves. Impossible without buying booster. I've noticed this several times. Anyone else?

If you still aren't able to make any new purchase in the game, please contact Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center so they can take a closer look at it. Remember to choose "Purchases & Gold Bars" as the subtopic!

Hi, many of the new levels are being adjusted and changed. They are also quite difficult! Hopefully as time passes they will be eased.
The Game Moderators are at the end of the map and have played almost every single level and might have completed them all by now....so I hope this helps you out my friend 😉💯 this time for sure 🤣💯

Once again purchase is needed to even attempt at passing levels. So what I see is that without purchases levels are impossible. This is happening more frequently than not. The game has become more frustrating than humanly enjoyable.

This is possible as many who play often purchase extra moves to finish a level in their game...although most purchases them when they fail the level at the end so they can continue on to complete the level....This player can purchase them at the beginning as they might have failed the level the first time and wanted to create the tutorial and needed the extra moves for that purpose, and wanted to complete it without the failed level in the tutorial.....this could be the reason....giving the reason for the extra moves at the beginning of the game and the completion of the tutorial.....
It is not always reccomend that a player to buy extra moves then create a tutorial, that is always left up to them completely.....most often when a player purchases extra moves is when he fails the level and is offered the opportunity to purchase them at the end of that level before they restart the level over....
