I am having connection issues with Candy crush for the last 24 hours… it’s not my internet for definite..I have cleared caches,delete app and reinstalled it,still the same problem? Any other ideas to correct this problem? Thanks

What exactly goes wrong or the game does not connect to? To your Facebook or King account? Or to internet over all?
What device do you play on?
This is the message I am getting”There are connection issues right now,please make sure you are connected to internet”…it happens when I play the Candy crush game… i am not on Facebook just the King ac….I see on the King Community that they acknowledge there is a problem connecting now and they are trying to resolve it… THANK YOU Crazy Cat Lady for your help though..much appreciated 😀

We had some server and connection issues yesterday, but that issue is now fixed.
If you still get this error message, please check that you have the latest update installed. Then force close the app (swipe it up) and then restart the iPad.
This should reload and reconnect the game.

What do mean (swipe up the app) ..do you mean delete the app? Connection problem still Not fixed..awaiting reply thank you😼.
I discovered how to force close the app…. So I did that but Connection problem still not fixed… KING COMMUNITY this problem is NOT fixed… very frustrating PLEASE don’t say it’s fixed when it’s not.. Any other suggestions PLEASE?… my internet is working perfectly,my other apps & utube working perfectly… Candy Crush game only problem!
