About purchases.

Hi,

I can't get to the store to purchase anything, gold bricks. When I wish to purchase bricks to help me and I try to click on symbol nothing happens. I HAVE DONE EVERYTHING YOU HAVE TOLD ME BEFORE on other times and nothing. The only game I can purchase bars from is MARJONG. What is going on. Please fix it for me. I'm not very good at computer things and this is driving me crazy. Also when I do purchase I see I am getting little points, how do I claim these and what do I get for them? If anything. Hi there, it sounds like the store has been having some problems today with the server. Hopefully by the time you read this, it is fixed :)
