Level 2
I’ve had a very long streak, & just lost it on level 10934, I hadn’t even made a move & my screen pops up with “Oops level failed, no more possible switches. I’ve spent a lot of money & time keeping my streak, & I’m so not happy right now, this is the 3rd time it’s happen in the last 12 months.
How do I get this fixed Please ?

Which device are you play? Make sure Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
Although it isn’t an issue with my device, my device is up to date and works perfectly fine. I started a new level & it popped up straight away, without me making one move.
I also experienced the same "oops" problem. This occurred while playing with the full necklace boosters, free timed boosters from my F5 team, and coconut wheel. The boosters took the place of the green candies needed to make the first move. In previous discussions about other levels with the same problem, players had been assured that levels would be designed and tested to prevent the "oops" issue. Level 10934 needs to be fixed.
