New ipad with, but old CC account is blocked, how do i get new Candy Crush without loosing progress?

I have a new ipad but the CC game is assosicated with an old email, password and the account is blocked. How can I get my CC game withouth loosing my progress. I have tried to retreive my old account on Google, but have failed on all attempts as nte old phone number etc. no longer exist. I would hate to loose nearly 5000 levels of my game. Can you please advise. Thank you.

Your game progress is completely lost with your old game ID being blocked and original game progress cannot be restored. However, even if you lose the game progress completely, we have a way to get your game progress back.

Create a Kingdom or Facebook Game ID first and then contact our Player Support. Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My game progress - Game did not save - Contact us and send them an email.

Please specify in the email what level you were at.
