Not getting boosters/rewards for about 2 weeks

I don't get my reward boosters from Fantastic Five, Daily Treat Machine and Booster Wheel. I have logged out of the game and logged in but it has made no difference.

May I ask if you have updated your game lately as King Games updates there site very frequently and this sometimes can cause you or anyone not to receive their features in the game....if you have then I suggest that you contact Player Support....I will tag you a Game Moderator who can assist you with this issue my friend @kiara_wael @Sukanta_Biswas either of these members can be of help as they are both friendly, kind and nice to everyone who needs help or assistance....good luck my friend.....indeed..

I haven't done any updates. I am playing on a windows laptop. I can't get the boosters manually as they are awarded automatically after completion of the tasks or Daily Spin etc. I just don't understand why I am not receiving them anymore

I like the boosters, but when your on a winning streak that's when it exists! But other than that you gotta purchase to move up. Dang it!
