First make sure the game is connected to Facebook or a King account so the game can be restored on an account.
Then go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!

Please tell little more details. Which i understand from your message is that If you can not access your account then you can not recover your progress. The only solution in this case you have is to contact our player support through a new account and tell them to recover your progress manually.
