Why aren't my wins from climbing the mountain not working

Whenever I do the climb thing where you can choose to keep climbing to win more or risk losing it all, Ino matter how many wins I get from the climb I only ever get one booster?

Has happened the last 3 times

I occasionally lose 1 booster, but i have not met your question before.

Hello Kiki I am not entirely sure I understand your issue.

On a couple of occasions I have climbed the tree and only won one booster, but this isn't a problem. In my case I won two hours worth of colour bomb, so even though I only won one booster because it was the same one the run time of the booster was increased.

Other times I have won 1 hour of Colour, 30 minutes Wrapped/Striped and 30 minutes of Swedish Fish. In this case the Swedish Fish was lost as it never appeared as a useable option in any of the levels I played.

The best way to check what boosters you have won from the tree is to check your inventory. This way you will see all the boosters you have won and not just the boosters that are allowed for the level you are playing.
