Hi, just Tina here. Couple questions.? 1st I should be starting each level with a wrapped, striped and color bomb right? Can someone tell me where they are please? I don't think they're hiding under the locked licorice because it's looks the exact same every time. Usually with freebies, they are in different places each try and I've played this level several times. It is a hard one, so expect to lose some, but why am I not getting my freebies? Also does anyone know what it takes for licorice to drop? I don't think it's because I have to clear some out first. The dispenser at the top seems to be the only place except for my surprise candies. The drop a couple at a time on the last 2-3 moves, but even then I still need quite a few because they don't drop even when I make room. Thanks. Stay well.

Hi Tina I could be wrong, but the design of some levels prevents the addition of your pre-game boosters. It is more than likely to stop an Oops occurrence.

Under normal circumstances I would say you get the liquorice to drop by not destroying anything. That is, if you make a normal match 3 move and you don't destroy any blocker, or set off a Fish I would expect a liquorice to fall
