Did you play the climb event in Candy Crush Saga and didn't get the rewards?
The climb event also called Cloud Climb now in March. Previous Tree Topper, Chocolate Climb and Candy Curling.
If the rewards that you claimed in the event didn't get added correctly to your game, please email our Player Support so they can take a closer look at this and compensate you.
To help our developers finding the cause of the issue, we would appreciate if you also could do a screen recording of when you play the event, so we can see what exactly happens and goes wrong.
Player Support will of course compensate you with some extra Gold Bars if you can provide them a short video of the issue.
To email Player Support, please go to the Settings in your game. The cogwheel in the right upper corner of the Saga map.
Tap the Question mark, then choose any category and any of the FAQ:s.
In the bottom of the page you will then find the 'Contact us'.
You can also email them from the web form HERE.
Important!
Remember to type the code "CCS409" in your email.
Player Support will then be able to pick up your email quickly and get back to you.
You may get an auto reply right away, but don't worry, Player Support will get back to you as soon as they can even though you got an automatic response.
Hello @GanesaSrinivasan this thread is for people that are having issues with the Tree Topper feature, and not Milestone rewards. You would be much better off posting your question in a separate discussion.
As fas as I know no one has received an automatic milestone reward for completing level 11,000. To get your rewards you will have to contact Player Support.
