The levels between my two devices are different under the same email. How can I sync them?

I have two devices that show different levels. One device is 952 and the other 3089. Not sure why this is the case under one email - heidium@gmail.com

How can I sync them to 3089?

If you had connected your game progress to a king account or to a Facebook account then you should try logging in with that same account. Also try to log out and log in with your saved progress account.
