Failing without doing anything

Had anyone failed a level without making more than 2 moves? On level 149, I made 1 move, it said no more moves, redid the board, said no more moves, and failed. Taking my last life. At this point, I am thoroughly confused and lost count how many times levels have messed up losing not only a life, but also any boosters/extras I had elected to use. Again, maybe I'm at a disadvantage because unlike most I guess, I don't have actual money to spend on lives, extras, boosters, etc. Kind of getting ridiculous and about to delete all KING games. Oh, and never 1 response back for months from King either.

I have deleted all my king games. I used up all my lives again, and had 2 more things happen. Thank you

Yes TroubledAtheist more than a few people have suffered from the issue you describe. They are called 'Oops' levels, and like most things wrong with the game they are caused by poor quality control and poor design by King.
The issue is mostly caused by starting the level with too many boosters (candy necklace is the likely culprit). The boosters take the place of the designated boosters, and this prevents the level from working as it should
