Hello @rebelchild I have had that issue once, or three times in the past. It has only ever occurred sporadically in my game. That is, one time the feature would work correctly and then the next it only gave two moves.
I always carried out the standard troubleshooting techniques when it occurred, but I don't think that helped in anyway as the issue always seemed to come and ago.
in theory I suppose I could have contacted Player Support, but for the sake of three moves I didn't see the point especially as the issue resolved itself (until the next time it appeared anyway).
Hi @rebelchild I play CCS on my phone and like @Alienscar it only happens to me sometimes.
I hope it is something that tech support can fix.

Mmmm…. Normally I just use boosters to pass the level if I do not get the extra moves. Because what I normally do is make sure I win the episode races to collect 25 gold bars two or three times a day. Then I just replace the boosters after I win the gold bars. However, I did accumulate a lot of boosters from the easy levels at the beginning. 😅
But my method is not something I recommend because I know a lot of people prefer to keep their boosters.
I just mentioned it because that is my way of dealing with the “extra moves” problem.
