Why is the support from King suck?

I am not on Facebook, so I sign in via an email. starting yeasterday I could notget into play CCSeither via Microsoft 10 store app or neither by my mobile phone app. I have repeatedly tried to recover my PW and It says 'oh, click here and we will recover your PW the FORCES YOU TO CHANGE IT!!!!! And it still does not ***** work.

Hi @David_in_Maine I am confused as to what support you actually want. Do you want an answer as to why King Support sucks, or do you want help resetting your password?

Hi 👋🏻 it all depends on your problem and who you speak too! I play a few different king games and I found some tech support staff to be really good and really helpful but others… well… about the exact same problem!

That is why I always send the same problem to tech support multiple times and under different categories and sub categories.

Then I go with whose response I think is the most beneficial to my situation.
