how on earth are you supposed to pass level 2701 in 18moves , video on tube has 28 moves .....how impossible to clear 95 jellies and collect 1 fruit

Hey there, welcome to the forum.
Just watch the video (current version, 18 moves) & see how that player (on an Apple device) did it, YMMV; may the candies (& cherry) similarly fall in your favour.
