I'm connected to WIFI but my game can't connected to the internet

I guess King has "updated" the game again. I recently lost all my friends in the Candy Crush Saga game in the most recent update. I lost all my friend on Candy Crush Soda in the December update. But I digress, recently both updated in Jan 2022, Candy Crush Saga recognized that I'm on WiFi but Candy Crush Soda does not recognize I have internet service. I keep getting this awesome cute error message. I have rebooted, logged out/in and still the message persist. I can't help my team, I can play any boards and I don't get my daily treats. Plus I don't get any Kimmy game plays. Not sure why the amazing troubleshoot instructions don't work to fix this issue. Was this part of the update? Any actual solutions would be great.

    Thank you all for the suggestions, unfortunately, they didn't help. I am not connected to Facebook, none of my accounts are connected. I chronically update my games which I believe the update is the reason for this issue. I think it an update issue since all my issues occur after updates. Hopefully, it will fixed by the spring. I will continue to do the above steps again, maybe it will work at some point.
