What I do on valentine's Day is send gifts to people like chocolates and make a big party in my house.

I buy all then men in my family boxes of candy and a card and the women in my family I buy flowers candy and a card except for the special man in my life I have no clue yet what I'm doing and my son's birthday is valentines day so it's more for him ❤❤

I celebrated when I was a youth. I don't celebrate it today but if I did, I would do what you said about a party at the house and serve sweets. It's just another good time to show the love to your love ones.

@farm_lad We used to celebrate Valentine's Day, then it got too expensive in my opinion. My husband used to send me a dozen of roses to my office and gave me chocolates and a card when I got home. Then we would go out for dinner with our son, the bad part was the wait at the restaurants. When our son got older, we decided it wasn't worth waiting so long for dinner especially on a weeknight. For us Valentine's Day is every day, and my boys buy me flowers on any given day. We do wish each other a Happy Valentine's Day on 2/14. 💘
