Hi there, I hate to bug you guys about this but I noticed several players are getting connection errors and I’ve been having the same issue and no one is helping to fix it. Does it have to do with new login changes?
On CCS for about 3 days I can’t use the bars I have, can’t connect to the store or do any personalizing with my account. I’ve cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and read all suggestions and nothing works. The error message says “ it’s us not you, try again later” I login with my email and recently linked my accounts the way it was explained on the community site . Can you please let me know what the problem is so I don’t lose everything and start at level 1? Unfortunately I can’t enjoy any special events cuz I can’t use my bars for help to pass the level I’m at. I think a lot of players just want to know and can’t enjoy the events either. Thanks
