The screen shots are from all stats features and there are no rewards given from those.
I think there must be a problem today @Morae02@kiara_wael @Alienscar I also completed a Chocolate Box this morning at approx 10.30am, and again only received the timed boosters.
I closed the game, reopened but still haven't received the 20 gold bars. Done that a few times now. I emailed King 20 minutes ago before checking on King Community, there is a 2 hour wait time for an answer.
Hi @Carol-38 other than having to close and restart my game to get the gold to appear my Gold Chocolate Box has worked fine today.
If you find that simply closing/opening the game doesn't make the gold appear then try signing out of your game, restarting your device, and signing back into your game. Once you play a level your gold should appear.
OK@Alienscar I will do as you suggest but I can't see me passing another level today. But obviously I will keep my eye on things.

Hi @Alienscar Just thought I'd share my reply email from King. As if I wouldn't notice when 20 Gold Bars are added. Will see what happens later, hopefully they could still appear.
Hi Carol once you have signed back into your game you can play any level you like. It doesn't have to be a new level.
OMG @Carol-38 that answer is ridiculous.
The bit that is really laughable is the bit about how they couldn't detect an issue after a thorough search on their side.
This is the same company that can't detect an issue with adverts causing the game to crash, or people not getting the rewards from the Tree Topper/Candy Curling.
Hi @Alienscar it's getting silly now. Obviously I replied to the email I shared with you. I have now received another where everything I have done has been listed. They are correct with all of it except the fact that I completed a Chocolate Box this morning, that isn't showing. So I've now replied again and await their next email.
Will be interesting at some stage to find out how the other player who reported it this morning got on.

I would hazard a guess and say the reason that they haven't got a record of your Chocolate Box win is the cause of the non-delivery of gold to your account.
It can't be a coincidence that that the one record they are missing is the one that you need.
Either that or they deliberately missed the Chocolate Box off your record.
I find it distasteful that they are trying so hard not to give you twenty gold bars considering all of the other issues that are going on with the game.
