Cannot complete level 9682

After a few moves on level 9682 I get a message. ''OOPS'' Not enough target elements to complete game. I have tried the level numerous times and I always get the same message.

I am also having this issue. I have been playing this same level the past few days and within the first few moves, I get the message that not enough targets are available.

I tried the same level on my phone. Got the same message at move 6.

I am having the exact same problem on this level. I think I've been stuck on it for 3 days now. It's extremely frustrating. Ugh.

I can only use the first 6 moves. The only way I can see this level working is if I can explode the generators. But that's next to impossible in 6 moves.

I am pretty over it. Please fix this.
