Sam's streak/winning streak

Can the powers that be please explain how I lost my winning streak and Sam's streak.

As one can tell from the screen shot 1, that I won level 11190 first try... And took a short break and on return started a lower level by mistake and quit it (replaying completed levels usually doesn't affect the streak).

The next pic however shows that for 11191 my streak was lost.

And to prove my point pic 3 shows that I completed 11191 also in the first try (ofcourse I used ufo + 10 GB).

Levels are hard enough and these errors really deflate the enthusiasm..

Would appreciate an explanation.

Hi @manavision !

If you quit a level, it is count as that you failed it in the Candy Necklace and Sam's Streak since you lose a life.

Therefore the streak will reset if you hit the quit button.

Thankyou for the response... But like i said, the level i quit was 11183 which i had completed earlier....

So that should not count towards the loss of a wining streak.

Any way they can find to stop you winning free boosters, they’ll do it.

They want you to buy boosters, not use free ones. There are numerous under-hand ways they do this. You’ve found one !

I understand what you're saying. I had experienced the inverse of this.

Where I didn't lose the streak but they removed a golden pin.

At that time I had win streak 7 and won the next level in the first try. But there was no golden pin. But when I go the next level it showed me win streak 8. Then why I lost a golden pin?

I think all of these glitches are because of system errors of "King". (Maybe they use cheap systems)

Is this a new phenomenon, because there have been plenty of previous such mishaps, and it never affected my streak.

Also, If playing old levels makes you loose your winning streak, then why doesn't the necklace show up when playing them or one get the benefits of the boosters (of a winning streak)?
