Same is happening with me.
I won an episode race but when it brings me to screen to collect gold bars, there is no claim button. Even more aggravating is every time I win a level, it automatically brings me to same screen to collect, doesn’t allow me to, and I have to power down my iPad and turn back on. I now have to do this every time I win a level. Very frustrating!! Anyone else having this problem?
Totally agree. It's been weeks since I was able to get into a race.
It is unacceptable that the game states that I need to reach a level to start the episode race, but when I reach that level it moves to the next level and states that I need to do that level to start the race. If it is not available then remove the tab.
Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return to you.
