Why are you adding hackers to Sam's streak?

I'm sick of this.

Why are you continuously adding cheating hackers to this feature too?

Who's this Pramod fool? Probably a hacker.

This person reached from 470 to 480 in 30 seconds. It's not possible to jump up 10 streak beads in just 30 seconds.

Have you experienced this before? @Alienscar @Deryck @Kerrie @Tess92

Unfortunately, Sam's race is not there in my game, but the same thing happens to me in the weekly ranking. A player always appears suddenly who overcomes 600 levels.😒

Hi @unknownh24g !

All players in all events are real players. There are no bots allowed in the game or events.

Sometimes connection issues can cause that scores or points are counted with a delay or simply appear in your game with a delay.

The scores should update at least every 2h, but can take up to 24h sometimes. Therefore a score can change a lot for another player in a few seconds.

And by now, the feature has dissapeared, eventhough it hasn't ended. This is the second time this issue happened to me. How can I get it back?

I understand. That's why I used all my gold bars to level up faster, so that I could prevent those strange players coming up in my leaderboard.

But @messenabout misunderstood it and made a discussion against me.(I think now it's deleted)

@unknownh24g haven't played as much this week and wasn't paying much attention to it. I'm in 6th and times up on mine.

Not everyone is a cheater just because they are doing better than you in the game. Just like you aren't a cheater for having completed over 100 levels this week.

This person reached from 470 to 480 in 30 seconds. It's not possible to jump up 10 streak beads in just 30 seconds.

Ten beads is just two levels if you have a full Candy Necklace. That is, you gain five beads per level when your Candy Necklace is full.

Your screenshots don't show any evidence of the player going from 470 to 480 in 30 seconds. What they do show is the player going from 480 to 520 in 2:17:25. I don't think someone playing eight levels (5x8=40) in just over two hours is something to complain about.
