This is from a thread named Fantastic Five and started in...January 2020!!!...right now it has 42 pages about same issue.
This comment is from me, @Kerrie I didn't realize @msjerk has had this problem over 2 years!!! I thought yours just started recently. I didn't read every comment or look at every page since most are yours letting "the studio" and moderators know about the problem. 41 pages!!!š³ Here's proof this is not a new issue. Good job!!! Don't think I would've been so diligent for so long.
This following response is from a community manager who "passed it on to the studio". I guess they have been aware of points not being added on F5 game for over 2 years.

Well as I said this is strictly a single-player game and the concept of āteamsā is ludicrous. Seeing as how you got no response in regards to this for over a month at least Iād say by this point you never will. Also nothing that you do on this forum will have any impact on gameplay(save winning one of the contests and receiving gold bars) so getting the login points right after paying here was a fluke.
š¤·āāļøObviously after 2 years of trying this isn't a priority to them.

Facing the same: My team continues to play without me (They see me with 0 points since weeks and I do not get any of their benefits). Tried to disconnect and reconnect from FB. Tried to remove and reinstall CC. Nothing changes. Seems I have been fired from my own team and there's no way for me to reconnect with it ;o((
