I know. They don’t really address it if you talk to a moderator. I’ve lost almost everything available to get a booster. I don’t understand why. But they do know!!

my F5 also is gone and I am team owner. My teammates say they they still have it. I have also asked support and have not give me an answer!

This is so annoying, and it’s not a level playing field now. What’s the point of having the episode race where clearly some people are playing with an advantage by being part of a team and getting more boosters and getting free disco balls for an hour?? I am the owner of my team, the rest of them still playing and winning!! I’ve emailed them several times but get the same blurb back each time.

We've been asking about this for a long time. On page 2 of this huge thread you can see that a CC moderator got THEIR F5 back. This moderator, Sukanta Biswas, is the only player that received their team back intact. I think all CC players deserve an answer as to why this happened for Sukanta but NOT for anyone else. The team I was on for a very long time had to replace me and another player in order to keep getting bonuses. Two of us were left out in the cold. I really do love this game but it leaves a bad taste when things aren't done fairly. In conclusion, if you lost your F5 team it is probably gone for good, unless your name is Sukanta Biswas, a CC moderator.

You're absolutely right @Carolg60. I've asked for an explanation a couple of times. I've even tagged @Crazy Cat Lad on those occasions. A while ago I was assured by Crazy Cat Lad that they do care over at this community. But I think it's about time to face it, they don't, at least not as much as I (and you and many others) do.

If they took the game away from players then those players need to be removed from the team they were on.

If the team owner doesn't have it anymore at least the other players can leave and start a new team.

The team owner is out of luck when all earned points aren't given out to some players and when players had it taken away but King never bothered to remove their names from the team.

To me the F5 issue was either a mistake, overlooked or intentional by King. The players and teams affected by the removal of F5 are, I'll say it nicely, being taken advantage of by King.
