Thanks for informing the team @Sukanta_Biswas (@kiara_wael also already did that), and it's awesome you've got it back intact, but how about the rest of us? Have you heard something? Did you know after my post there's some other posts here in the community as well regarding this issue? @Alienscar was so kind to post a link to this thread at those posts, thank you for that. And I happen to know that I'm still showing in the team (and collecting points as well). I just don't see it in my game anymore, not in the Windows 10-app, neither through FB. So my guess would be, I'm gonna miss out on the boosters??? Please do get this sorted before the weekend starts. Thanks in advance.

My fantastic five has disappeared from my devices. My sister still shows me as team leader and in first place but I don’t have it on my events page. Help please?

The same thing happened to me - my F5 team is no longer found when I open my app... how do I get it back?

Same Problem here! a Friend and me are missing our F5 Team. How can we get it back?

Also my fellow F5 team members still have the F5 feature but under our names it shows 0. Pls give us our Team back!

If you are playing the game via the King site be forewarned that it will be closing down soon. I tried to sync my game with Facebook and lost everything, all my progress and boosters. I am now back at square 1. Support hasn't been able to help me as yet due to the fact that there is no support ? mark on my Facebook game. At least I know what I am doing with the game now as when I first started a year ago it was all so new to me and I had no idea what I was doing. I have gone from level 3920 back to 160 which I am on ATM. They have given me a random F5 team and there are only 2 of us active. I have hit the 4000 mark after 1 day. I am also crushing the Fast Races.

Hello @LyndallD & @GordyF the issue of Fantastic Five disappearing has already been reported to the Game Team. As I have said elsewhere it is highly suspicious that the only person that has had their F5 returned to their game is a Candy Moderator.

I’m trying to get help but when I ask King.com I get a generic email. It’s weird that my sister says I’m still showing up on her 2 devices. Plus it’s MY team! And she’ll probably tell me soon we reached 7000! She’s watching me add up the score while I’m playing but I can’t see it. Someone messed me up. I have a new event with a watering can. ?? Never seen it before. It’s like they swapped my events. I can’t get a real answer from them so it’s very disappointing. Plus the game is getting so frustrating. I get half the moves as the people just before me to pass impossible levels. I hope you find out how we get our event back and can let me know. If I find out I will let you know.

By the way. I’m on level 11310. Not level 2. They are really messed up!!!
