We are experiencing a temporary connection issue with all purchases in Candy Crush Saga on Facebook.
Also Candy Crush Soda Saga and Pet Rescue Saga are experiencing similar issues.
This issue may give various error messages or cause that the game freezes or crashes when trying to make a purchase.
The usage of Gold Bars for Boosters or Extra Moves are also affected.
You can still play the game on Facebook. Only purchases are interrupted by this issue.
The purchases still work without any issues on all other platforms like the Windows app, iOS, Android and Amazon Kindle.
We are working on a fix and to get everything back on track and counting on having this sorted out shortly.

I'm happy to announce that this issue with purchases on Facebook is now resolved!
It was a more complicated issue than expected and therefore took long time to fix. Thank you for your patience and for waiting on a solution for this.
If you lost any purchased in-game items or didn't receive any purchase, please report this to our Player Support team so they can compensate you.

Several issues" At the end of a level, the game freezes on the screen that offers additional moves. I have sufficient gold bars, but cannot use them. On the "Friends" screen, it does not allow me to scroll past the first two friends. It also will not allow me to scroll down the events screen. I have cleared cache, logged out and done restart. Sometimes, the game does not load at all and the Abdominal Snowman says that there is an issue.
