I have lost my facebook account and I can't retrieve my candy crush game.

How can I retrieve my games. I can't log into my facebook account. I've lost everything. I had to create a new account, but can't retrieve games, pictures or anything.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - My Game Progress - Contact us and send them an email. Don't forget to mention what level you were on!
