Chocolate Box not working

Cleared cache. Uninstalled reinstalled. Box is there with an exclamation mark but does nothing when I try to open it. Been like this almost a month. How do I fix this?

I am level 2143 I completed the chocolate box and it didn't give me my reward it said couldn't reach server🤨
