Trying to make account in the game, not getting email

I want to save my progress as I am putting a lot into getting the Sonic event. When I try to signup I do not get an email and in game it says my email is a long line of letters/numbers @king.com. Thank you.

When you are trying to save the game or Sign up, the email you are using may be incorrect so you are receiving a message like this. Please try to save the game by typing the email correctly again and show me the screenshot if you get the error message again.
