Hi guys,
I'm currenty switching from iOS to Android. Unfortunately, I'm not able to get me old game progress to the fresh installed Android version of Candy Crush. I'm using a (newly created) king account for that. Android always show level 11 and not the level on my old iOS device. I did all the mentioned steps to fix the syncing problem I could find here:
Nothing works. Syncing between the two devices with a king account still does not work.
Old device: iOS 12.4
New device: Android 11
Game-ID: 11115370225
I don't know what to do now. I don't want to lose my reached levels, but it's time to move to a new smartphone. Maybe there is some supporter who is able to help me. Thanks!
I played some old levels with the new device and did some app restarts. Finally my account has the correct level status on the new device. I don't know how, but something have to triggered that.
So this issue can be closed. :)
Hi Fance!βΊοΈ
Did you save your game progress to a kingdom or Facebook account before switching devices? I leave you this post that may be useful to you.
Hi Tess92,
thanks for your reply. Yes, I created a king account to save the stats from the old device. After that, I logged in with that account on the new device. But syncing does not work.
Furthermore, I exactly did what your linked post describes. I don't know what to do now.
Ok, now I try to tag our moderator hoping he can help you. @Sukanta_Biswas
In the meantime I figured out, the levels on the new device are available and marked as solved. But the current game status is set to the wrong level. I have to scroll around 3000 levels on the new device each time to be able to play the latest level.
Looks like it's a bug?
