I'll try to give you some advice.
Don't use the colour bomb in the centre right away, but make a few moves first.
As you make moves towards the sides of the board you will the bombs fall, you cannot ignore these bombs, so you can use the colour bomb to clear any that are counting down.
There is a temptation to use the colour bomb to collect the orange candies, resist the temptation. If you use the colourbomb on orange candies you will clear them from the board and then it will take a few more moves to get more oranges on the board. Use the colourbomb on a colour that has a lot on the board, this will create a cascade which will bring down more oranges as well as making matches and collecting them without wasting moves.
Once you have used the colourbomb look for more. Special candies, especially wrapped candies and colour bombs, are the best way to collect the orders on this level.
If you can combine a colourbomb with a stripe or a wrap candies, this will collect a lot of orange candies as well as bringing down a lot more.
Work close to the bottom of the board whenever possible, but check the whole board before every move so you don't miss those chances to make special candies and combos.
