My chocolate box is not working , it's there but doesn't open . Any help ?

Hi @habiby_ya_omry welcome to the community 😊 maybe try updating the game, force closing the app and restarting the level usually helps if an event is not starting or appearing in the game. Hope this helps : )

There may be a connection problem with the server.
Make sure Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

Choclate Box not working. Help

I completed my chocolate box today. The reward should have been one hour of unlimited lives, 10 gold bars. Before I could collect, the chocolate box disappeared in my game the next time I logged on to play. I still had 2 days to finish the challenge so I know it wasnt because I ran out of time. This is very frustrating! Please look I to this.

Hello, sometimes the Chocolate Box experiences issues... If you can try signing in and out of your account and starting over, it is your best bet. So sorry...
