Sweet Cinema is a bonus feature. And like all other bonus features, it is not permanent part of the game. It may disappear for some time and then return. Sometimes, however, there may be a temporary error, so make sure you always have the latest version of the game, try log out and log in or restarting your device.

Hi @Tikkirah you aren't doing anything wrong you are just a victim of how King likes things to work.
My Sweet Cinema used to open after I completed a level. Then it changed to opening maybe once or twice an Episode. Then the adverts started to crash my game. After the update that removed the Fantastic Five my Sweet Cinema barely opens now, and probably only works once every four Episodes now. So if your Sweet Cinema hasn't opened lately then all you can do is keep playing and eventually it will open again, but if it ends up like mine it will take you weeks to collect the five boosters from it
One other thing to note about the Sweet Cinema is that you should try opening it as many times as possible. That is, don't wait until it says open as you will find that the Sweet Cinema sometimes works when it isn't highlighted.

Yes , Not available in my game too . the features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date
