my game won’t connect to App Store, no picture shows in the profile either. What’s the issue?
Hmm. It sounds like you are not properly connected. Try rebooting your phone, and signing in and out of your account on the App.

Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.
