How do people feel when you pay and someone else has a glitch and gets freebies?

Okay, so I have written to Candy Crush to inform them that a friend of mine gets an UFO on every single game she plays. They do absolutely nothing. This lady is one that only started playing CC a few years ago and a month ago, she actually said she was just going to give up playing as the levels were too hard. Next thing we know, she has gotten 566 levels out in about a month. She tells us that she must have a glitch as she gets an UFO on every single game she plays so she gets out 20 games in one day or even more. No she doesn't buy either. My husband and I have bought when it is a really hard level but even that doesn't mean we can get the level out either. I just wonder how people actually feel that she has a glitch and no one is correcting it on her page. I have another friend who just loves the game and she plays all the time and she said it is unfair that this lady is getting a glitch on every single game she plays. Once she has used her lives up, she just goes out and then comes back in and there are 5 more UFO's there for her to use and as she plays one game, another UFO pops up to play it. I am thinking to myself that I can't compete with her. To play the game is a challenge but if someone is just playing with a glitch...the game is losing interest on me and my husband also. She does not send lives to us so we don't send to her either. She says she has no idea how to play some of the games but the UFO helps her get the games out. I just want to know how you candy crush gamers feel when you play the game on a serious note for a challenge and to have someone with a glitch? I have even mentioned to Candy Crush her email address and they said they would send to support team to check it out but still nothing has been done. It's just a joke as far as I am concerned.

So still nothing has been done. Well done CC. She has even learnt that if she finishes a game, she just signs out and then signs back in and voila.....she gets another 5 UFO's put onto her game. It's just a joke to her and she says while they are silly enough to give her this glitch she is just going to use them up quick before they actually realise there is a glitch at her end. She would be getting 5 UFOs about 4 times a day which means she gets 20 UFOs for every game.
