When starting Candy Crush Saga on Facebook in Chrome it always keeps asking to confirm terms

Hi,
Game: Candy Crush Saga
Platform: Facebook
Browser: Google Chrome (latest version)
For a week now Candy Crush Saga popt-up a window and ask to agreed to their new terms.
I clickt on it and the first thing I noticed was all my received lives from my friends where gone.
Then I discovered my mouse scroll-wheel did not work in sections:
- Events
- Store
- Mail requests / Lives
- Profile / Me
However the mouse scroll-wheel does still work on the MAP.
So there is something you have change for the worst and many are complaining about that, so PLEASE FIX.
I already have deleted candy crush saga cookies, facebook cookies and apps.facebook cookies.
Still I have the same issues.
I already contacted King about this and the instruction in the mail where not relevant, asking me to open question mark that is not even available accodring to their instructions.
If no solution is given I just quit playing the game, it's not worth to get frustrating on something it hase to be a relaxing thing.
