Gold bars disappear

19 of my gold bars have now disappeared. This is the second time this has happened. Last time, 25 gold bars disappeared. Annoying when one has won a round. It would have been nice to get an answer as to why this is happening. After all, you pay for some bars, if you need it.

Hi there. It sounds like you may have accidentally spent them in the feature before starting a level for extra lives. It costs 19 gold bars. Oof! Sorry about this.

Try with disconnecting and reconnecting your King or Facebook account in the game and the Gold Bars should reload in your game.

If the Gold Bars still do not show up, please email Player Support so they can check up what has happened. You can email them directly from the game by going to the Settings, Help Center, choose a FAQ and you can find the 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.

Did the gold bars disappear after winning the Episode Race?

Sometimes it is enough to exit and re-enter the game to fix the problem, but if they disappeared for other reasons, please contact the Player Support.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email.
