Hi there, one other thing to test if possible, is another device. Can you connect okay on another device? If so, it may narrow down your issue :)

Same thing here. I deleted the game, reinstalled, still the same thing. Absolutely no help at all from King. What is going on?!!!
It’s been days even wen I tryed to log out it came up no connection try again later it’s showing up everywhere I go and no one seems to no how to fix it some tell me to reinstall it and others say don’t reinstall it because it wont fix the issue I have so many bars and boosters that I purchased the morning this started I want a refund then I’ll reinstall it anyone can I help me????
