Yesterday I had over 1000 in Sam's sweet streak and today it has reset despite the challenge not ending aaahhhh. Can the progress be restored

Also this feature is virtually impossible to win if you are at the top of the tree. With the newly released levels usually giving you less than a day to beat 45 levels and accumulate a score. Then the maximum score you can attain is 1125 which would have me finishing third on the below scoreboard, however as the below shows, I was not credited with 1 level (25 points) !!!

Hello, the unfortunate nature of streaks in this game is that they may reset at any time!! It happens to all of us, sadly... It is best to just move on and continue! Cheers!
Hello @alm76 Sam's Streak resetting/people losing all of their points is a common complaint on this forum. I don't think I have ever seen a fix for the issue and as usual none of the GMs take the issue seriously.
The same thing also happens to the Daily Win feature.
Hopefully someone will report this issue to the Game Team for you.

Unfortunately, If you lose your win streak, you'll have to start all over again on the Candy Necklace. However, you get to keep all of the points you’ve collected so far from previous win streaks. This means no previous points will be lost.

in my weekly contest it is not recording my progress. It says I have only won 5 levels this week and I’ve actually won like 7 episodes. I have played at least 150 levels this week. I am Nikki #8 on the list
