I have clearing cache and data as well as uninstalling and installing. Tried on different devices and nothing works. Just keeps loading forever with no results.
Are you able to try signing in and out of your account? The next thing will be to check your payment method, outside of the app. Is it trying to connect to something invalid? Cheers
My internet is fine and I am not trying to purchase anything, I'm just wanting to use my gold bars for extra 5 moves. I can't even connect to use my gold bars for extra life's.
Thanks for advice. I thought adding an updated payment method could of worked as I have had to change my Gmail account recently. I am not actually trying to make a purchase however, just use my gold bars I have earned.
