Hi, I'm writing to you regarding my cinema offers disappearance straight after I purchased for the first time playing Candy crush saga. This is the only game I enjoy playing. Please kindly bring back cinema offers for my account. Please don't make me regret making an in game purchase for the rest of my life: (..

It's already become quite difficult to play without paying in the game. I hope you reply soon as I'm waiting desperately for your reply, hence a solution for my problem.

Also I would really like to know if my making an in app purchase made them disappeared?

    It’s been reported here that by making one purchase, the feature you are referring to is removed from your account permanently. So sorry for this!

    You're no longer part of an experimental test group (of lab rats) with the feature, see here.

    Some will get adverts & others won't, different people get different features.

    Since you've already made a purchase within the game, the experiment is over for you; here's an example from another unfortunate player.

    Besides the booster wheel & daily treat machine, you won't get too much else at this point (for free daily boosters).

    Once you buy, those adverts go bye-bye.

    But do not delete the game in an attempt to restore the feature (unless you plan on quitting), as any accumulated boosters/received game lives would also be deleted; see this.

    If anyone can cite any similar incidences where the feature has been restored after making a purchase (to reassure people), feel free to post about them here (come on down).

    Yep, it's very sad how King treat paying customers in this way; but (at least) now you know...

    Thank you for report it and feedback , Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.

    After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might return

    Hi there, sorry for the late reply. Thanks for your kind response. I've tried everything you mentioned above but unfortunately nothing helped. That was the reason I tried contacting customer care but found out that in order to get a response from the King team I have to join the community. So here we are. :)

    I was really hoping that this could be resolved afterall, the block on advertisements not popping on my account could be lifted. :(

    I would mention though that joining the community really did help me. I did win some prizes after joining the Royalty points
