Level 4000 badge not received

I passed level 4000 a few days ago and received an email Saying that I had received my badge but it’s still not showing? Screenshots attached. Can anyone help please?

There’s a toggle in your profile settings in the app regarding your milestone badge, make sure it’s turned on. The next thing you can do is try signing in and out of your account on the app and play a few levels.

Unfortunately this didn’t work for me and I still didn’t receive the banner but thank you for answering my question, I appreciate the help 😊
