Not able to claim badge for level 5000 and level 6000

Hi
I am not able to claim the level 5000 and 6000 badge despite posted on the relevant pages.
Attached herewith the screen shot for both level for your help and assistance.

Hello @chaehong70 I think you just need to be patient as you only posted your screenshots less than two hours ago. I think it takes some time before the badge is awarded.

Hello @chaehong70 - the badges arenβt automatically given any more because people were posting for the wrong game or just making comments and getting the badges. However the threads are checked on a regular basis so you should see your badges soon.
